Do you require a health screen?

Yes! Prior to the commencement of your first training session you will be required to complete a complementary health screening. If any problems are identified during this process you may be required to get a clearance from your doctor before continuing.

How much does it cost?

It’s not quite as simple a question to ask as “How much should I pay for a personal trainer?” as there are many variables to consider.

For example, where are you looking to train – in a gym or in your own home (or another location, perhaps the park)?

Are you looking for a very experienced fitness professional or are you quite

happy with someone new to the industry?

How many hours a week do you want to train for?

These are all things to bear in mind when choosing a PT, as they’ll affect the rate you pay.

What do I need to bring to a session?

All equipment is supplied. All you need to bring is a water bottle, towel and plenty of enthusiasm.

Can I bring my child along with me?

Our focus is on providing a family friendly service and we understand that it can be difficult finding a time to exercise when you have children. As we provide a mobile service we can arrange a time to train in your home so your child can remain comfortable and safe and can play in their own environment whilst you train!

I’ve never worked out before is that a problem?

No of course not! Sarah trains people of all fitness levels and for a wide range of goals. Sarah will work within your limits and tailor a program for you and you only. You will be surprised by what you are capable of!

If you have never worked out before it helps to have a trainer who is a highly qualified fitness professionals to guide you through the process of becoming fit and healthy. By starting an exercise program and integrating physical activity into your life, you will enhance your life both physically and emotionally.
